What is Matec?

Three fairs, one event. Matec

Matec 2026 will respond to the challenges and new requirements of the market with an innovative trade fair event designed to go beyond the traditional barriers of industry-specific exhibitions. The exhibition will host suppliers of technologies and materials for the wood and furniture, construction, plastic and rubber, shipbuilding, aerospace, automotive and transportation industries, to mention only the most significant sectors, within an extensive and variegated universe that encompasses countless manufacturing industries. Matec 2026 will be a meeting point where expertise, technologies and opportunities merge, offering a cross-domain and integrated vision of the industry’s future.

World Biennial Exhibition of Wood and Furniture Technologies

Xylexpo is the leading international biennial exhibition for technologies and components for the woodworking and furniture industry. It is widely recognised for providing a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the entire supply chain, from solid wood processing and innovative materials to finishing technologies and automation. The 29th edition, held from 9 to 12 June 2026, welcomed more than 10,000 visitors and 200 exhibiting companies across a 15,000-square-metre net exhibition area.
